Customers can cancel their order up until it has been dispatched. After that stage we are unable to cancel the order for you but you will have the option of returning the item(s) back to us once it has been received. If you wish to make a return, please provide My Spice Market with written notice via email to contact@myspicemarket.com within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You will not be charged for the cancellation of an order but will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods and have duty of care for the goods during the cancellation period. You will not be entitled to this cancellation period should the item(s) being considered for return be something that deteriorates quickly or has a limited expiration date. These non-refundable goods are defined under the term “perishable food and drink.” Cancellation will only be accepted upon return of goods to My Spice Market’s warehouse at 16 Glenabbey Avenue, Newtownabbey, BT37 0YP within 14 days after the written notification. Items must be returned to us in their original condition, and we reserve the right to make a charge for recovering the goods, if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once we have received the goods, we will process your refund back onto the same payment method used at the time of purchase; after your refund has been processed, please allow 5 working days for payment to be credited. For quality control purposes we advise our customers to open and inspect their goods as soon as it is received.
