Delivery


We do standard delivery in Northern Ireland through our courier partners.

We try our best to deliver next day in Northern Irelands Postcodes if orders are placed before 11Am working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered next working day.

  • Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If you have specified delivery instructions on your order to leave safe, the Carrier will follow these instructions but neither the Carrier nor myspicemarket.com shall be held liable should the order go missing in whole or in part.
  • If we are not able to deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
  • We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
  • Any Fresh Produce product or frozen products will be adequately packaged to ensure it is protected through shipping but if they arrive damaged, not fresh or defrost, myspicemarket.com will not be responsible neither will refund that.
  • Fresh produce may perish in transit.
  • Frozen products may Defrost in transit.
  • myspicemarket.com will not be responsible for Fresh and frozen product if they delivered not fresh(rotten) etc or defrosted. 
  • myspicemarket.com will not be responsible if any item or product packaging got damage, torn or leaked in transit.

Your Role in The Delivery Process

Perishable products

When ordering perishable products, please make sure that someone is available on the delivery date and time at the given delivery address. We constantly provide delivery update via given email. In case of any missing delivery, please contact your assigned shipping company. Also, let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund for the perishable products due to missed collection or no access to the property. Please provide a clear note for delivery. Refund can be processed once we received the items according to our refund policy.

Northern Ireland – Belfast and Greater Belfast

  • Free same day Belfast local delivery on orders over £25.00 (Belfast Only) If order placed before 4PM.
  • Belfast Delivery charges order under £25 is £4.99.
  • Rest of Belfast flat delivery rate is £7.99 Weight no more than 20 kg per Order.
  • After 30 kg Additional £7.99 will be charged per 20 kg.

myspicemarket.com store would like to help our customers as much as possible and it is our prime responsibility. However, we need your support in some circumstances.

When you order fresh items (Perishable products), please make sure you have chosen the delivery options with a temperature control pack. Also, please make sure yourself available on the collection date and time. In case of a missing delivery, please contact courier service and us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to process the refund for Perishable products due to parcel non-collection, refusing or missing the delivery. Please provide a clear note if you require any special needs for delivery. In any circumstance, if you want to return the products, the refund can be processed once we received the items.
In any circumstance, when the ordered product is not available, we will call you for an alternative. If we can’t reach you then your order may be on hold or added the alternative product in case the order falls below the minimum value for free delivery. Price mark product’s cost is applicable only for shop sale unless it is marked on the website.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current Coronavirus situation, delivery of goods may be delayed.
The fresh items are stocked every Wednesday and orders for fresh items are encouraged on
Wednesdays for best results. As with most online stores we cannot guarantee the service provided by the couriers we use for delivery.
It is compulsory for the customer to ensure there will be someone available to take delivery at the shipping address provided, as a signature may be required to confirm delivery. The customer
acknowledges that the courier can deliver to a neighbour when no one is available at the delivery
address or leave safe, without prior consent. In all cases if a third-party signs for delivery or it is left safe,
the customer is still liable and covered by these terms and conditions.
We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery if the address you give us is incorrect,
incomplete or has unclear information.
Non-Delivery/Misdelivery: If you have not received your order after 3 days, you must email us to raise an
investigation. Couriers restrict the time available to raise a claim and so we are unable to proceed with
such a claim after this.
Once your order leaves us, we are unable to cancel, change the address or redirect orders without
incurring charges, which you will be liable for.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we
will take all reasonable steps to contact you to arrange for an alternative solution. My Spice Market
uses a number of providers as their third-party delivery service provider. As part of the delivery service,
we provide them with your contact details such as name, address, email and contact number.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer when completing the online order form.
You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and providing us with
appropriate instructions. If there is no one to receive the grocery delivery at the specified address at the
time of your scheduled delivery, we reserve the right to return your order to our store and to charge you
for re-delivery; or pass on any additional charges that we incur from our third-party supplier(s) for each or
any wasted journey made by them in their attempt to deliver your order. We may at our discretion also

charge you any costs associated with requests made by you for fourth party deliveries or delivery re-
routing.

In the event, that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept
liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from
any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. You have legal rights if we
deliver any goods late. If we miss the delivery deadline for any goods then you may treat the contract at
an end immediately if any of the following apply:
· we have refused to deliver the goods; or
· you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential
(taking into account all the relevant circumstances)
If you do choose to treat the contract as at an end for late delivery, you can cancel your order for any of
the goods or reject goods that have been delivered.
In the instance where we are unable to deliver to you, for reasons beyond our control, for example
adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we
cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
If we receive no communication from you, within 24 hours of delivery, regarding any problems with the
goods, you are deemed to have accepted and received the goods.
You must inspect the products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us if goods were damaged in
transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the
goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to My Spice Market within 48
hours and arrange for a return. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods excluding
delivery, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when
purchasing the goods.
